Any request for quote (RFQ) submitted through our website does not constitute a binding contract. A formal, signed Proposal and Service Agreement are required to initiate project mobilization. All estimates are subject to site verification and material availability.

All content, including brand identity, custom iconography, site layouts, and photography, is the property of TMI Pavement Marking and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction of our proprietary "Zero-Downtime" methodology descriptions or branding is strictly prohibited.

TMI Pavement Marking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or reliance on its content. Our liability for field services is strictly governed by the specific terms found in our individual Project Service Agreements.
